About
Aditie is a Fremont mom of two boys and has a deep love for Meditation. She began her meditation journey in 2003. A long time seeker for an end to unhappiness and finding lasting peace in self and families, communities everywhere. Her long search led her to study Vipassana at a 10 day silent retreat. This was the turning point in her practice and she became regular with her daily sits. She started attending more retreats and bringing out her practice to meet life’s each moment.
Her main motivation to teach is to share her love for Meditation and help others find more ease and joy in everyday living. To start living from a place of love and courage and let go of fear and unnecessary suffering.
She is a Certified Meditation teacher with The Mindfulness Training Institute in Berkeley, CA and has taught Seniors, Teens, Kids, Adults and Families.
She is undergoing Certification to work with Kids and Teens currently.
She wants to live with kindness towards herself, her family and find joy in each day! And to grow and let this spread to others with her Mindfulness and Meditation Meetups, Circles and Classes.
Vision

A big family of Meditators! - each of us can join the various meetups, long silent sits practice , learn walking, eating, thinking, feeling mindfulness and make friends with ourself and life! Find that loving supportive community to stay the course of intentional living with ease and lightness!
Story
In this course, you will learn tools to become aware of breath, body sensations, emotions, and thoughts, and to work skillfully with all. The practice is completely secular. Thousands of studies now show that meditation and mindfulness is the simplest way to mental wellness. Aditie will cover the stressors you face daily, and how a wide variety of techniques can help you relax each moment and train your attention to stay in the present moment. Our primitive brain keeps us lost in the past or future with Mindfulness tools you learn to meet each moment with gentleness and be the friend to yourself that you search out in the world! By the end of the six week course, you will be well on your way to integrating your favorite methods into your life.

Each day of the week is an opportunity to practice with community! Hybrid classes on Mondays, Lunch Dana on Tuesdays, Half day retreat each weekday afternoon and Friday evening Circles or monthly Saturday Mindful hikes! and many more options to match your schedule and make room for Mindfulness practice with Friends!
