7:00 pm - Hybrid Introduction to Mindfulness Class (In Person and Virtual)

10:30 am Lunch dana for Wat Monks

2 pm till 3:30 pm - Somatic Breathwork followed by  Silent Sit / Walk/ Sit

7 pm till 8:00 pm - Teen/ Tween , Kids mindfulness Drop In Class

 

Wednesday

1/2 daylong at IMC Redwood City

2 pm till 3:30 pm  - Somatic Breathwork followed by Silent Sit / Walk/ Sit
